Red neon sign with the Christmas greeting God Jul

Christmas LED Signs: Say Merry Christmas in Your Own Language

A lit Christmas greeting is one of the simplest ways to make a house look ready for Christmas. Our outdoor LED signs come in nine greetings and languages, as LED and neon signs, and they can be connected with other LED figures.

LED or neon?

LED sign

Individual bulbs trace the letters, which gives the classic look of Christmas lights. The red God Jul LED sign of 100 × 48 cm uses a maximum of 20 W. The 97 × 47 cm version has 5% autoflash, where a small share of the bulbs flash so the sign twinkles.

Neon sign

A neon sign gives an even colour along the whole letter instead of single points of light. It reads well at a distance and suits a modern facade. The God Jul neon sign of 115 × 56 cm uses a maximum of 48 W.

Where to hang a Christmas sign

A sign works best where it is seen from the street: above the front door, on the garage, on a balcony railing or along a fence facing the road. It also works inside a large window. Fix the sign by its frame and never hang it by the power cord. Each sign comes with a detachable 3-metre power cord, so plan the placement close to an outdoor socket or use a connector cable.

Combine the sign with other LED figures

The signs can be connected with other LED figures using a T-connector and a connector cable for each product. The connected products must not exceed 130 W in total. A God Jul neon sign (48 W) and Santa's Train (82 W) add up to exactly 130 W, the maximum for one connection.

Frequently asked questions

Can the signs be used outdoors?

Yes. The signs are made for outdoor use. The God Jul and Hyvää Joulua signs are rated IP44, and you will find the rating for each sign in its technical description.

What does 5% autoflash mean?

About 5% of the bulbs flash while the rest stay on, so the sign twinkles gently.

Can I connect several signs?

Yes, with a T-connector and a connector cable for each sign, as long as the total stays at or below 130 W.

Can the sign stay up all year?

No. The signs are not made for permanent lighting. Take them down after Christmas and store them indoors in a dry place.
